great, I love the detail of the land at the bottom - a really good sense of scale

@Laura: Thanks Laura, I like the land detail too, but the contrast was so great that rescuing the detail has resulted in huge gobs of noise (you can't see it at this scale). I'll have to experiment with glueing together two seperate exposures.
It looks so beautiful. I'm currently re-reading Bill Bryson's book about his travels through Britain before returning to America and it just sounds so green and homely and so me.

The UK is very green cos of the climate. The UK has an awful lot of good bits, and it's homely cos it's so small.
