I like your image, it has potential, but in my opinion you could crop quite a bit from the bottom and it could make the image much stronger, the sky is beautiful, the colors in the sky are incredible. And the nice blue contrasts with the orange lights.

In my opinion if you cropped the bottom you'd lose those great reflections or be too close to the edge of them, which can look wrong..beautiful as is I say :)
